Why My Fitness Helps Me Bring You Great Coffee

Some of our customers know me quite well, but let’s assume for now that you don’t. I love coffee. I really love coffee. I drink a lot more than I should, and I spend a lot of time making sure that I get the best coffee beans and have the best machines possible to get the best cup possible.

I also love exercising. That’s something that I am very grateful for, as I know a lot of people aren’t so lucky and find it a real chore to go to the gym, or even walk instead of taking the car. People often compliment me on how I’m a morning person, at least I take it as a compliment! Many of those people assume I’m on my fourth coffee of the day by nine o’clock, as that’s what I do for a living. Actually I don’t quite drink that much, and while I’m sure that does account for part of my early energy, I believe it’s got a lot more to do with my fitness.

As you may have read, I have a home gym, which I recently expanded to include a cross trainer. I’m a big believer in variety being the spice of life, so if you started on ‘mission fitness’ and lost interest after a few weeks or months, then I’d highly recommend investing a little more. I find that I drift back and forth between the exercise bike and the cross trainer over time, and even still head out and pound the streets from time to time, but regardless, it all helps to stay fit.

So, next time you’ll know, my morning buzz isn’t all down to the caffeine!
